Mockingbird Gallery

The Mockingbird House is a beautiful Authentic Adobe House that suffered substantial water damage due to a burst pipe at the water heater. It ruined the Flagstone throughout the first floor and rotted out the Kitchen Cabinets. A total Re-do. To solve the problem of keeping the floor at the same level after removing Flagstone that was 2 inches thick and replacing it with tile of a standard thickness, we had to build the floor up 2 inches before setting the tile.

We also added some Rich and Detailed Features to Upgrade the Cabinet package.
